Bagus is a veteran in corporate law, banking & finance, as well as creating strategic advisory across various business cycles. He has a multitude of experience holding high-ranking executive positions at multiple international financial institutions where he conducted business development, legal department restructuring, and the creation of standard legal documents for banking operations.
As the founding partner of Bagus Enrico & Partners, Bagus specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking & finance, construction, energy & natural resources, strategic investment, and general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate restructuring, insolvency, and employment. He is highly regarded internationally for his practical approach and contributions to legal training and thought leadership within Indonesia’s legal landscape.
Bagus serves as a non-permanent lecturer at Gadjah Mada University’s Faculty of Law for international undergraduate and master’s programs. He is also a sought-after speaker on business law, a certified mediator accredited by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, and registered with the Financial Services Sector Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS SJK). He is also a Certified Governance Oversight Professional (CGOP) in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance, certified by LPS MKS, accredited by the National Accreditation Committee, and the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
